In order to disperse the number of visitors registering on-site and shorten the waiting time of registration. A special registration channel called “Online Registration” was created since the 16th ECF to make it convenient for the mass buyers. Welcome to use “Online Registration” for its simple and quick service.

Online Registration Time: January 5th - February 22nd, 2008

All buyers who are working overseas and overseas resident, or Chinese Passport holders with valid return visa may register online for visitor ID cards.

Documents required: ECF Invitation, * individual valid certification (for example: passport issued by foreign country, foreign residence permit, driver license, Home Return Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, Hong Kong ID Card, Chinese Passport with valid Return Visa), * an electronic color photo

Overseas Buyers Online Registration Procedure

Logon http://www.east-china-fair.com

Click “Buyers Zone – Online Registration Online for Oversea Buyers Visitor ID ” or logon  directly http://www.ecfonline.com.cn/preregister.aspx

Please carefully fill in Overseas Buyers Registration Form with correct company name, address, personal name, number/code of valid ID and email address. (Email address is the most important item through which you will be informed of the Visitor ID code after our confirmation. Therefore, it must be filled in cautiously).

Upload electronic color photo of yourself and submit the form

After successfully submitting, an OK message in Red will be posted on top of the table. If the applicant buyer has met the registration requirements, a letter of confirmation including the Visitor ID code will be sent via email to the buyer himself within 5 days.

Print a copy of the letter of confirmation via email

For attendee who has successfully registered online, please bring the following documents to get your Visitor ID Card during the day of the Fair to get your ID from the On-site “Online Registration ID Section”:

1). A copy of the letter of confirmation via email；

2). valid passport or travel permit (For more, please see “Documents required”) used for online registration. (ID other than those are regarded as invalid)；

3). name card (business card).
