Exhibitor Participation Procedure——Overseas Trade Group

 

     Overseas Trade Group is made up of Exhibitors from Overseas countries

   or regions, which are out of Mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macao

   and Taiwan). The participation procedure is as follows.

 

 

1. Please visit the “suppliers” area to fill in the Registration Form.


2. Exhibitors will receive the Booth Confirmation, the floor plan of the pavilion and the Exhibition Manual for Overseas Exhibitors if the registration is accepted.

3. On Time Exhibition Booth Rate Payment

4. Transaction for Exhibitor Badges, Contractor Badges & submit a picture of products

5. Submit Application Form for Special Decoration Booth

6. Booth Construction

7. Participation

 

  1. Please visit the “suppliers” area to fill in the Online Registration Form.

Deadline for registration: Nov. 15th, 2008

  2. Booth Confirmation

Exhibitors will receive the Booth Confirmation (including the booth number, the total amount payable, the terms of payment and the deadline of other related items), the floor plan of the pavilion and the Exhibition Manual for Overseas Exhibitors if the registration is accepted.

 

  3. On Time Exhibition Booth Rate Payment

Exhibition rates are to be paid to the designated bank within 15 days after receiving the Booth Confirmation. Please fax or mail the remittance application form to Overseas Trade Delegation.

Standard Booth Rate (3M×3M): 22000 RMB for each.

Raw Space Rate: 20000 RMB for 9sqm (18sqm at least, the total space should be integers multiples of 9sqm)

  4. (1) Transaction for Exhibitor Badges, Contractor Badges

Three staffs are allowed to work in each standard booth. Each is required to submit a two-inch photo taken recently for Exhibitor Badge to the fair. A one-inch photo taken recently is needed for Contractor Badge.

Validity period of Exhibitor Badges: February 26th to March 6th, 2009

Validity period of Contractor Badges: February 26th to February 28th, 2009

March 5th after 4:00p.m & March 6th, 2009

(2) Submit a picture of products

Please submit a picture of products (50mm*50mm, at least 360dpi) if you want to take one free advertisement (96mm*60mm) in the publication of “The Best Exports and Exporters in East China Fair”.

  5. Submit Application Form for Special Decoration Booth

Exhibitors are required to submit the design draft the Organizing Committee for special booth before Dec. 31st, 2008. Otherwise, the booth would be set up in a standard way.

  6. Booth Construction

Exhibitor badges and contractor badges are all available in the exhibition hall during the move-in and move-out time.

Time schedule for the booth construction is as follow.

Special booth construction  February 26th to 27th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 6:00p.m

                                          February 28th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 3:00p.m

Sample display                   February 27th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 6:00p.m

                                          February 28th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 3:00p.m

Exhibition hall closed to outsiders on 3:00p.m, February 28th, 2009

  7. Participation

All exhibitors are required to comply with the arrangements of the Organizing Committee as well as the regulations and rules concerned. Staffs who have the contractor badges are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall during the exhibition time.

Time schedule for the exhibition is as follow.

Date:                March 1st to March 5th, 2009

Business Time:  March 1st to 4th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 6:00p.m

                        March 5th, 2009 from 9:30a.m to 4:00p.m

Move-out time: March 5th, 2009 from 4:00p.m
