1. Why Register Online

Online Registration is one of the important means for the Organization of ECF to promote its levels of information management. It will create a standard exhibitor registration database which helps to acquire information about exhibitors, conduct statistic regarding deals done and facilitate the making of catalogue and banners. It will also increase efficiency by simplifying the registration process and ensuring the re-use of information.

2. Online Registration Procedure

a. Eligible suppliers may logon the website for registration

b. Select the Trade Delegation you belong to and sign in using User ID and Password

c. Carefully complete the Exhibitor Registration Form

d. Submit the finished Exhibitor Registration Form online

e. Check registration success

Re-logon the webpage of Exhibitor Registration Form and, type in the organization code and press Enter key. For successful completion, the information input will appear on the screen. Otherwise, you should re-fill and re-submit your information.

f. Modify registration information

Logon the webpage of Exhibitor Registration Form, input the organization code, make the changes and re-submit.

3. How to Fill in the Exhibitor Registration Form

Please carefully fill in each item of Exhibitor Registration Form if this is the first time of your participation. (Especially the Organization Code since it’s unique and most important identification for your participating in ECF.)

a. Organization Code

Organization Code is the code from “PRC Code Credentials of Organization” promulgated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China . Each company has its own unique code.

Logon webpage of “Exhibitor Registration Form” , input the organization code, and press Enter key, your last year’s registration information will appear. You may supplement or correct the information. (This step is only for the company participated in the last ECF.)

b. Booth No.

Please fill in the complete Booth No. of the Exhibitor Registration Form. Use “-” for consecutive Booth No., for example: 1A 131-1A135. Use “,” for non-consecutive Booth No., for example: 7A 009，7A024.

c. Select Region

Please select the region of the Trade Delegation you belong to. For example: select region of Wu Xi under Jiangsu Trade Delegation for a company in Wu Xi, Jiangsu .

d. “Enterprise Nature”, “Enterprise Social Attribute”, “Industry Classification”

 “Enterprise Nature”, “Enterprise Social Attribute” and “Industry Classification” are all single choice criteria, which are subject to the main business of your business license.

The foreign funded Manufacturing Enterprises or Distributing Enterprises listed in “Enterprise Social Attribute” means Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises, Sino-foreign joint enterprises, and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China .
